When returning footwear, please place the shoe box inside a protective outer package. The original box is considered part of the product, and any damage to it may make the item ineligible for a refund. Once we receive your return, the item will undergo a thorough inspection before a refund or exchange is approved. If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
