You may request a free of charge refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are returned in their original, resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure that all returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. When returning footwear, please place the shoe box inside a protective outer package. The original box is considered part of the product, and any damage to it may make the item ineligible for a refund. Once we receive your return, the item will undergo a thorough inspection before a refund or exchange is approved. If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
